I started baking beside my mom when I was nine. That's where I fell in love with it — not just the baking, but watching someone take a first bite and light up.
I named this business after my daughter Kataleya, because everything that comes out of this kitchen is made the same way I'd make it for her — from scratch, no shortcuts.
